Several Greek protesters rallied together recently to demonstrate against the austerity measures in the center of Athens. In the spirit of Greek culture, the protesters began singing and dancing in the streets, mixing their protest with a music concert. Protesters performed songs and dances while highlighting their battle against the austerity measures and pension system reform.

The concert and protest were organized the labor union PAME in front of the parliament building. At the same time, a parliament debate was held inside the building over the pension system reform bill. Both the austerity measures and the proposed pension reform bill were introduced as a means to remedy the effects of the economic crisis on the country. Greece had been one of the hardest hit in Europe during the crisis.
