The recent 4th of July celebrations saw a host of activities and programs celebrating Greek culture in the United States of America. Ethnic cuisine and festivals were a large part of New Jersey's July 4 party, and Greek music became one of the major features of the event.

The Greek twist was brought about by St Anna Greek Orthodox Church. As part of the celebrations, the Church held a three day festival called "A Taste of Greece Festival." Greek cuisine and folk dancing and top Greek music were all present, including an appearance from the Ronstadt Generations band. The Greek music and dancing brought a fun and enjoyable feel to the party entertainment. It was a free event and was tipped as one of the hottest events in New Jersey.
